- Performance is negatively impacted when displaying a large amount of resources in the Huddle view.
- To improve performance in the Huddle, you can now automatically hide resources with Empty Rows.
- An Empty Row means the resource has no Active tasks in the current calendar view and no Planned tasks in the past and the next two weeks (i.e. the backlog is empty). In this example, both Ken's and N/A's rows are empty.
- In the Huddle Settings' Other page, deselect Empty Rows. Note: this option is not new, but I thought I would take this opportunity to explain how it works.
- The resources' projects are no longer visible but the resource row continues to be displayed.
- Going back to the Huddle Settings' Other page, deselect Resources with Empty Rows.
- The empty resource rows are no longer displayed.
- Having both options gives you the flexibility to decide if you want to show the resource's row or not, and both improve performance.
