Time Off tasks are automatically made Active the moment you create them, so they show up in the assigned resource's daily calendar as well as the Game Plan for better visibility.

Stay tuned! Personal and Company calendars along with task level around non-working days will soon be in development at which time Time Off task behavior will likely change altogether.
