Playbook | Calendar Resource Loading Dials

The resource loading dials in the Huddle & My Playbook calendars can now be expressed as a percentage of Availability as well as Capacity. Since typically availability varies by one's role, basing loading on availability gives a more accurate indication of whether each person has a reasonable workload at the beginning of the day.

1. In the Other options, each person can set their resource loading dials in the calendar to be expressed as a percentage of Availability or Capacity.
   
2. In this example Bob's resource loading dials are expressed as a percentage of his capacity (8 hours/day). Note the dial is green.
   
3. And in this example Bob's resource loading dials are expressed as a percentage of his availability (5 hours/day). Note the dial is orange.
   
4. This setting only applies to today and future days. Days in the past are expressed as a percentage of capacity regardless of the setting. This is because at the end of the day some people prefer to use Ongoing tasks to account for the rest of their time.
