Playbook | Tasks with Warnings

A buffer chart's Warning Score is a quick way to determine the level of confidence in its accuracy. The higher the Warning Score, the lower the confidence and vice versa. But how do you find the tasks contributing to the Warning Score?

The task's criticality, lifecycle, and the reason it is contributing to the Warning Score are indicated. For example, the Marketing & Sales - Deployment task is a critical path task (pink), currently  not in work, and it is Unassigned. The PFMEA task is a normal criticality task (yellow), actively in work, but is Out of Date, meaning it ends in the past and is not marked completed.

And you can click on the title to quickly go to the task in the plan - Voila!
