- There are also four new courses to advance to a higher level. These should be taken only after the required standard course has been completed as they are incremental in nature. For example, if you have completed the "Playbook for Casual Team Members" course and you want to advance to the Summary Owner level, you have to complete the "Advance to Core Team Member" course first before starting the "Advance to Summary Owner" course.
